The warm humour of this Frog story featuring the endearing Frog will help every child overcome the fear of noises in the night. Frog and his friends, Duck and Pig, don't believe in ghosts, until they all hear frightening noises in the dead of night. They huddle together for comfort in Pig's bed, but in the morning it is Hare who gets a real fright when he finds Frog's house empty and gets no answer at Pig's because the three friends are now fast asleep!

داستان « قورباغه می ترسد » به زبان ساده‌ به مساله‌ ی ترس می‌ پردازد. قورباغه از اشباح و هیولاها می‌ ترسد. دوستانش در ابتدا می‌ گویند که به این چیزها باور ندارند و از آن نمی‌ ترسند، اما این ترس به آن‌ ها هم سرایت‌ می‌ کند. در پایان داستان کودک درمی‌ یابد که هر کس از چیزی می‌ ترسد؛ از تاریکی، ترس از تنها شدن یا ترس از دست دادن کسانی که دوستشان داریم ... اما خوب است که ما درباره ی ترس‌ هایمان با بزرگترها صحبت کنیم چون شاید آن‌ ها بتوانند به ما کمک کنند تا بر آن‌ ها غلبه کنیم.
