ZUHÚRU’L-ḤAQ: Jeld-e sevvom Persian 2010

Ẓuhūr al-Ḥaqq, by Asad Allah Fazel Mazandarani, is regarded as an important historical work in the field of Bahá’í studies. This multi-volume work provides a documented and analytical account of the emergence and expansion of the Bahá’í Faith, examining the course of its development through historical sources, narratives, and documentary evidence.

Volumes Three and Four form part of the larger Ẓuhūr al-Ḥaqq series. Volume Four focuses specifically on the history of the Bahá’í Faith from its eighth to its twenty-third year (1267–1283 AH / 1851–1867 CE), a critical and formative period marked by significant structural, intellectual, and social developments within the Bahá’í community. Volume Three was published without a separate subtitle and continues the historical discussion presented in the preceding volumes.

The work is written in Persian, and its second edition was published by the Bahá’í Publishing Trust of Germany in Hofheim between 2008 and 2011. From a thematic perspective, Ẓuhūr al-Ḥaqq belongs to the fields of Bahá’í history, Bahá’í biography, and modern religious history, and constitutes a valuable resource for scholars of religious studies, Bahá’í studies, and those interested in the social and intellectual history of nineteenth-century Iran.
