Khvājah Bahā'Al-dīn Naqshband, Zindigānī, Ārā' va Ṭarīqat: Persian 1402

The work consists of five sections. In the first section, is the establishment of the Khwajagan order in the 12th century and its leading sheiks; in the second section, is the life and thoughts of Bahaeddin Naqshband and the history of the order up to the Mujaddidiyya period, which was founded in the 17th century; in the third section, the arrival and spread of the Naqshbandiyya to Anatolia; in the fourth section, Sufi education and thought in Khwajagan and the Naqshbandiyya; and in the fifth section, the social and political relations of the members of this order are discussed. While addressing the subjects, the most accurate and up-to-date information was sought by referring to sources, information was provided about the lives, works and Sufi views of leading figures, and the mystical and social aspects of the order were discussed, as well as its principles and etiquette. In these respects, the work provides important materials not only for those interested in Sufism, but also for those doing research in the fields of history, cultural history, psychology, sociology, and education.
