At this time, the expectations of the world are rising towards a peaceful new world without military tensions and violence, but Huntington darkly predicted that the future will be full of challenges and civilization clashes. Huntington gave the name "Clash of Civilizations" to these challenges, which appeared mostly from dark clouds on the horizon, and warned that these clashes and wars would cause more destruction and destruction than during the Cold War. With the help of some liberal European leaders, he named the year 2000 "the year of the dialogue of civilizations". Also, at the same time that the discussion of the dialogue of civilizations was at its peak, the attack of the Muslim fundamentalist Osama bin Laden on September 11, 2001, made itself known with the historic explosions in New York and Washington. After about a decade of Huntington's prediction, it should be noted that the actual state of the world after 9/11 did not completely match his predictions. This book is a research in the field of recognizing the encounter or dialogue between civilizations and it was prepared with the aim of getting to know Huntington, his supporters, and opponents.
