Mohammad Sadegh Kia, a professor of Pahlavi language and literature at Tehran University, is one of Iran's prominent cultural figures. In addition to teaching at the university, Dr. Kia authored and published dozens of books and articles in various fields, from ancient languages to Persian literature, dialects, and popular culture, and as an executive director, he founded and guided many cultural movements. He in 1380 passed away. This work examines his works, thoughts, and research activities, especially in the field of text correction and printing.

محمد صادق کیا استاد زبان و ادبیات پهلوی دانشگاه تهران از چهره های برجسته فرهنگی ایران است. دکتر کیا در کنار تدریس در دانشگاه، دهها کتاب و مقاله در زمینه های مختلفی، از زبانهای باستانی گرفته تا ادبیات فارسی و گویش ها و فرهنگ عامه تألیف و منتشر ساخت و در مقام مدیر اجرایی، جریانهای فرهنگی بسیاری را پایه گذاری و هدایت کرد. وی در سال 1380 ش . درگذشت. این اثر به بررسی آثار و اندیشه ها و فعالیت های پژوهشی او، به ویژه در زمینه تصحیح و چاپ متون، پرداخته است.
