Due to a series of factors and reasons, the Caucasus and Central Asia are not among our political priorities, like some other neighboring areas. We have nothing to do with these spheres and we do not want to have anything to do with them, but unfortunately, the developments of the times are such that every now and then the situation progresses in such a way that, despite the reluctance, these spheres are dealing with us. The Karabagh crisis, which has now re-emerged in an acute and widespread form after a quarter of a century of relative calm, is one of the obvious examples of this category.
