In this book, instead of presenting Western models of management, he went to the verses of the Qur'an and hadiths of Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) and looked at management from the perspective of Islam. Zari, who is a long-standing journalist, has tried to use his knowledge in this field as a journalist who knows no boundaries in propagating the rulings, traditions and hadiths of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the infallible imams (PBUH).
