In this book, instead of presenting Western models of management, he went to the verses of the Qur'an and hadiths of Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) and looked at management from the perspective of Islam. Zari, who is a long-standing journalist, has tried to use his knowledge in this field as a journalist who knows no boundaries in propagating the rulings, traditions and hadiths of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the infallible imams (PBUH). در این کتاب به جای ارائه الگوهای غربی مدیریت به سراغ آیات قرآن و احادیث اهل بیت(ع) رفته و به مدیریت از زاویه دید اسلام نگاه کرده است. زائری که یک روزنامه نگار با سابقه است، با استفاده از آموخته های خود در این عرصه به عنوان خبرنگاری که حد و مرزی در تبلیغ احکام و روایات و احادیث پیامبر اکرم (ص) و ائمه معصومین (ع) نمی شناسد، سعی کرده در این کتاب با استفاده از دو ویژگی «خلاقیت و نوآوری» و «قلم صریح و روان» که از ویژگی های خبرنگاران محسوب می شود، به بررسی بسیار از آفت های مدیریتی و فرهنگی کشور بپردازد.
