The present bilateral dictionary consists of two parts. First part, a collection of words and terms which their reverse-reading won't change their form, meaning and pronunciation, and second part, the words which their reverse-reading will make a new word with another meaning.

این مجموعه مشتمل بر دو بخش از واژگان است که در بخش نخست کتاب "کلماتی آورده شده که خواندن وارونه آن‌ها در شکل، معنا و تلفظ کلمه تغییری ایجاد نمی‌کند" (مانند آرا، آقا....). در بخش دوم "کلماتی آورده شده که خواندن وارونه آن‌ها کلمه جدیدی با معنای دیگری ایجاد می‌کند" مانند: (آتش، ابر و...).
