Albert Kochoui Asuri, an Iranian journalist, born on July 8, 1322, in Hamadan, with more than sixty years of journalistic experience, is one of the most respected writers, radio and television presenters, and translators in the country. He started working as a journalist at Naft Abadan Radio as a teenager. Kochoui has a history of writing in the magazines Ayandag, Bamshad, Ferdowsi, and Khoshe in the 1950s, after the Islamic Revolution, he was the editor of the magazines Fazile, Marzai Biran Faz, Fanus, Title, Interview, and circulation. In 2015, he was awarded an artistic degree equivalent to a doctorate. The reason for choosing Albert Kochoui for an interview in the "Oral History Project of Iran's Sports Press" is not only his 60 years of active presence in the country's press, which undoubtedly has valuable experiences but also because of his editorship in "Fanus" magazine in the seventies, which Kochoui He led the publication as "the first Persepolis fan magazine" and reached the highest circulation among the weekly newspapers of that time.
