Do-beytī-hā-ye Abū Sa‘īd Abū al-Khayr Persian 1998

Do-baytīs of Abu Saʿīd Abu’l-Khayr is a collection of quatrains and short poems by the great fifth-century AH mystic Abu Saʿīd Abu’l-Khayr, presented in an artistic format with Nastaʿlīq calligraphy. At the beginning of the volume, a brief account of Abu Saʿīd Abu’l-Khayr’s life, his mystical characteristics, and his path of spiritual wayfaring is provided, offering readers essential intellectual and spiritual context for the poems.

The calligraphy of this work has been executed by Abbas Mostofi al-Mamaleki, while the delicate tashʿīr (ornamental illumination) is the work of Sadeq Sandouqi. Print supervision was carried out by Hamid Salahshour, and the book has been published by Atelier-e Honar Publications.
