Rami Tawil is a Syrian novelist, short story writer, and translator.
He has published novels from Dar Al Saqi: "The Last Shadow Dance," "Incomplete Lives," and "Beethoven's Hat." His short stories include "Before the Coffee Gets Cold" and "Woman at the Window." He also wrote children's books: "You Are Not Alone" (longlisted for the 2023 Sheikh Zayed Book Award for Children's Literature).
Sandra Calevi is an Italian illustrator. She began her career in 2000 when she joined the International School of Comics in Florence, and her paintings were selected for display at the Bologna Children's Book Fair. She draws inspiration from everything around her: images, colors, objects, and animals.
