Arthur Christensen (1875-1945) was a Danish writer, journalist and professor of Iranian philology. During his life, Arthur Christensen made several trips to the Islamic Orient, where he studied culture, spoken language, and folk psychology. Many of Arthur Christensen's books have been translated into foreign languages, and he is considered one of Denmark's greatest researchers of Islamic Orientalism.
