Can social capital cause inequality, injustice, and criminal and illegal actions? Social capital is a tool that can serve society if it is used properly. But if anti-social groups use it, it can endanger the public interests of the people and lead to inequality, rent-seeking, and abuse. In these conditions, "social capital" becomes another concept called "social monopoly". This research tries to create a framework by "completing" the principles of social capital to create a just social capital in this form, free from oppression, discrimination, and specialism.

آیا سرمایه‌اجتماعی می‌تواند موجب نابرابری، بی‌عدالتی و اعمال مجرمانه و غیرقانونی شـود؟ سرمایـه‌اجتماعی یک ابزار است که اگر به‌صورت مناسب به کـار گـرفته شود می‌توانـد در خدمت جامعه قرار گیـرد. امـا اگـر توسط گروه‌های ضد‌اجتماعی به کــار گرفتـه شـود می‌تواند منافع عمومی مردم را در معرض خطـر قرار داده و به نابرابری و رانت‌خـواری و سوء‌استفـاده منجـر شود. در این شـرایط «سـرمایه‌اجتمـاعی» تبدیـل به مفهومـی دیگـر به نـام «انحصار اجتماعی» می‌گردد. این پـژوهش تلاش می‌کـند با «متمـم زدن» به اصـول سـرمایه اجتمـاعی، چهارچوبی ایجـاد نمایـد که در ایـن قالـب سرمایه‌اجتمـاعی صـرفاً عـادلانه و دور از ظلم و تبعیـض و خاصه‌خواری تولید شـود.
