Political current theory is the knowledge of thoughts and ideologies that are organized in the context of society and over time in the form of a political current. Among the various political currents, the eight currents of fundamentalism, fundamentalism, traditionalism, nationalism, reformism, Salafism, Wahhabism and political chauvinism, with an ideological approach, the foundations and intellectual positions of these currents and with a social approach, the political and cultural contexts of their formation have been examined. The author of the book pursues three basic goals: A: It is a detailed study of the relationship between religion and society and the confrontation of Islamic ideas with the modern world, which has been formed in the form of political currents in the Islamic world. B: Knowing the ideas and ideologies that have emerged in society based on their intellectual, religious and political, cultural and economic views. C: Drawing a new formulation that provides a basis for comparative study and one can easily recognize new, modern and frozen currents and judge their positions and performance. Due to the shortcomings of the formulation methods that cannot accurately and clearly demarcate all flows. Each trend is examined in the form of an independent political approach and in a separate chapter with a specific framework in this book.
