We need a society that, from an early stage, nurtures young leadership potentials who will later elect true super-leaders: Albatross leaders. The leaders of the new era are precisely these Albatross leaders, who—like the great seabirds—have been able to pass through dark clouds and remain constantly in the light. There we find our historical role models.
The stories of these enlightened individuals, who lived continually in their own light, are often tragic. They were people who threatened the established order and often paid a high price for it. They were, to say the least, clipped by incompetent leaders. Socrates, Cleopatra, Mani, and Jesus stand as examples of such figures.
Relatively few have had the strength to go ahead and open the heavy gates of the future for humanity. But now the future is here. It is here and now—and you are part of it. The gates are open, but do you have the courage to at least walk through them?

Vi behöver ett samhälle som tidigt skapar de unga ledarämnen som senare röstar fram superledarna; Albatrossledarna. Den nya tidens ledare är just dessa Albatrossledare, som liksom dessa stormfåglar, kunnat ta sig igenom de mörka molnen och konstant befinna sig i ljuset. Där har vi i historiens förebilder för oss. Berättelserna om dessa upplysta personer, som konstant befann sig i sitt eget ljus, är ofta tragiska. Det var personer som hotade samhällsordningen och ofta fick betala ett högt pris för detta. De blev minst sagt vingklippta av de odugliga ledarna. Vi har Sokrates, Cleopatra, Mani, Jesus som exempel på dessa hjältar. Det är förhållandevis få som orkat med att gå före och öppnat upp framtidens tunga portar för mänskligheten, men nu är framtiden här. Den är här och nu och du är en del av den! Portarna är öppna, men orkar du åtminstone gå igenom dem?
