This book is dedicated to one of the basic topics of sociology that has received less attention. By avoiding any reductionism, the author tries to solve the basic issues of social order in four dimensions. Economic, political, social, and cultural: the author examines in detail the four types of social disorder - symbolic disorder, normative disorder, relational disorder, and distributional disorder - that contemporary societies are potentially facing, then considering the time and change factors, proposes the discussion of "social paradise" under the headings of dynamic order and autonomy. The author considers the goal of social heaven to be the establishment of such a social order that has at least "four attributes of comprehensive, empathetic, just and dynamic".

این کتاب به یکی از موضوعات اساسی جامعه‌شناسی اختصاص دارد که کمتر به آن توجه شده است. نویسنده می‌کوشد با پرهیز از هرگونه تقلیل‌گرایی، مسائل اساسی نظم اجتماعی را در ابعاد چهارگانه? اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی بررسی کند: نویسنده چهارنوع اختلال اجتماعی ــاختلال نمادی، اختلال هنجاری، اختلال رابطه‌ای و اختلال توزیعی‌ــ را که جوامع معاصر به‌طور بالقوه یا بالفعل با آن رویارو هستند به تفصیل بررسی می‌کند، سپس با توجه به عامل زمان و تغییر، بحث «بهگشت اجتماعی» را تحت عناوین نظم پویا و خودمختاری، طرح می‌کند. نویسنده هدف بهگشت اجتماعی را استقرار آن‌گونه نظم اجتماعی می‌داند که لااقل دارای «چهار صفت فراگیر، همدلانه، عادلانه و پویا» باشد.
