Дуже прикро, коли на літніх канікулах мусиш лишатися вдома. Ще й коли живеш у найзлиденнішому житловому комплексі в околиці. Тож Іне вигадує поїздку на Південь, де вона буде ніжитися на сонці, донесхочу купатися й засмагати — і розповідає про це всьому класові. Однак тепер вона мусить підтримувати свою брехню, щоб гарно вписатися у круту компанію. Та ще й новенький хлопець у їхньому класі щойно поселився в тому ж будинку і може вивести Іне на чисту воду — або ж стати її спільником...
У якийсь момент вигадки стає так багато, що Іне мусить визначитися, хто ж її справжні друзі, і побачити, що начебто найгірші у світі канікули можуть виявитися насправді найщасливішими.
