The famous Algerian writer, who, according to President Ahmed Ben Bella, "...raised Algerian literature with her production to a stature befitting the history of our struggle...", had previously published this collection of articles in the Emirati magazine "Zahrat Al Khaleej". The writer does not consider "these interviews to be literature, but rather a pain that I sometimes covered up with sarcasm, and was often exposed by it...", and they are "articles collected according to national and nationalist issues and concerns...that have exhausted me over a quarter of a century of writing".
