Heng Rajaei is an Iranian writer, political science researcher, and translator. Farhang Rajaei is a political science researcher, full professor of the political philosophy and international relations department of Carleton University, and the head of the humanities faculty of this university. He completed his bachelor's degree at the University of Tehran, his master's degree at the University of Oklahoma, and his doctorate at the University of Virginia. He has published several books, both authored and translated, as well as many articles in Persian and English in Iranian and foreign scientific journals. Most of the Iranian audience will find him with the translation of the book "What is Political Philosophy?" They know the work of Leo Strauss.

هنگ رجایی (متولد ۱۳۳۱ در اراک، روستای خسبیجان) نویسنده، پژوهشگر علوم سیاسی و مترجم ایرانی است. فرهنگ رجایی پژوهشگر علوم سیاسی، استاد تمام گروه فلسفه سیاسی و روابط بین‌الملل دانشگاه کارلتون و رئیس دانشکده علوم انسانی این دانشگاه است. او دوره کارشناسی را در دانشگاه تهران، کارشناسی ارشد را در دانشگاه اوکلاهما و دکتری را در دانشگاه ویرجینیا گذراند. چندین کتاب اعم از تألیف و ترجمه و نیز مقالات بسیاری به فارسی و انگلیسی در مجلات علمی‌ـپژوهشی ایرانی و خارجی از او منتشر شده‌است. مخاطبان ایرانی بیشتر او را با ترجمه کتاب «فلسفه سیاسی چیست؟» اثر لئو اشتراوس می‌شناسند.
