In this book, it has been tried to pay attention to the most important and prominent international monetary and financial organizations and to deal with various aspects of the organization. Based on this, in order to present the topics as best as possible in each chapter, the history and the way of formation, the necessity of continuing the activity and the description of the duties and functions as well as the achievements of these organizations have been introduced. In preparing this book, several points have been taken into consideration. First, the most important and fundamental monetary and financial organizations that have played a role in organizing and guiding the world economy are introduced, and then the materials presented about each of the organizations are tried to be reliable and published documents.

در کتاب حاضر سعی شده مهم‌ترین و شاخص‌ترین سازمان‌های پولی و مالی بین‌المللی مورد توجه قرار گرفته و به زوایای مختلف بررسی سازمان‌ها پرداخته شود. بر این اساس جهت ارائه هر چه بهتر مباحث در هر فصل به‌طور مستقل به معرفی تاریخچه و نحوه شکل‌گیری، ضرورت تداوم فعالیت و شرح وظایف و کارکرد و همچنین دستاوردهای این سازمان‌ها پرداخته شده است. در تنظیم این کتاب سعی شده است چند نکته مورد توجه قرار گیرد. اولا مهم‌ترین و اساسی‌ترین سازمان‌های پولی و مالی که در سازماندهی و هدایت اقتصاد جهانی نقش داشته‌اند معرفی شوند و در ادامه سعی شده مطالب ارائه شده درباره هر یک از سازمان‌ها از اسناد منتشره و قابل وثوق باشد.
