Meaning, knowledge, and the other in Davidson's philosophy, in two parts, authorship, and translation, introduces Donald Davidson, a contemporary analytical pragmatist philosopher. In the authoring section, the key ideas of this philosopher are reported specifically in three areas of philosophy of language, philosophy of mind, and epistemology: the theory of truth-conditions of meaning, the doctrine of "non-ruled monism", and the negation of two ideas. "universal skepticism" and "immeasurable conceptual frameworks". This work also explains and elaborates Davidson's original solution to this problem based on the main problem of modern philosophy, that is, the relationship between subject and object, which is based on the idea of "intersubjectivity". But in the translation section, a comparison is made between Davidson's positions and the opinions of three prominent European philosophers, Heidegger, Gadamer, and Derrida. This book is one of the few Persian works in the interpretation and interpretation of Davidson's views. It is hoped that it can be a useful source for getting to know this difficult philosopher while presenting an image of new developments in the field of Western philosophy to the interested reader.
