We have tried to consider the reasons for formation of Azarbaijan Democratic Party, their demands and aims and reasons for their failure after one year. We have also tried to reveal impression of Democratic Party on internal and external policies between Iran and the Allies, and express their role in tendency of Iran toward the West, specially the United states.
