Historical geography of Qashqayi tribe, situation of Iran and relations between the states involved in war with Iran, and connection of these events with political situation within the country, are studied in the present book. In addition, impression of policies of the two parties to the war on central state of Iran, relation of Qashqayi leadership with internal events of the tribe, local powers of the south of the country, Valian of Fars, and central state are retold, and then bilateral impression of such factors and causes and consequences of war, which are the main subjects of the present study, are expressed.�

در اين كتاب جغرافيای تاريخي قشقايی، موقعيت ايران و روابط دولت های درگير در جنگ با ايران و ارتباط اين حوادث با موقعيت سياسي داخل كشور مورد بررسي قرار خواهند گرفت. علاوه بر اين، تأثير سياست های هر كدام از طرفين جنگ را بر دولت مركزی ايران و رابطه رهبری قشقايی با جريانات داخلی ايل و قدرت های محلی جنوب كشور، واليان فارس و حكومت مركزی را بازگو كرده و آنگاه آثار متقابل اين عوامل و علل و نتايج جنگ را كه موضوع اصلي اين بررسي است، بيان مي كنيم.
