The extent of the problem of addiction is such that the United Nations in 2016 was the subject of a special session of the General Assembly. he has devoted himself to the issue of drugs. In such circumstances, the social situation of Iranian people has been evaluated as unfavorable, especially in the field of addiction. There is countless experimental and research evidence in this field, for example, in one of the last official comments of the Minister of Interior, in a report to the members of parliament, he pointed out the increasing trend of drug abuse and addiction. But before the report of the Minister of Interior, there were many reports about the unfavorable situation and the high prevalence of drug use, which the authorities did not pay much attention to.
