The idea of ​​culture is an endless field that demands more attention the more you focus on it. Thinking about culture means thinking through culture. The thought of culture, as it is a scientific style based on general knowledge and specific and definable knowledge, at the same time is a kind of mysticism, it is a searcher's light. The present book is another attempt by the same author to establish an independent academic field called "Cultural Studies". This book deals with the concepts of culture and civilization and aims to introduce, criticize, and evaluate different, aligned, and opposing ideas. After this, it presents several universities and organized academic approaches in England, America, and Germany and introduces the thinkers of these three areas and their schools with a new attitude to the Persian-speaking reader. In all three fields and schools of thought, culture is mixed with civilizational thought and approach. The author believes that although currently even many writers and thinkers use the two concepts of culture and civilization interchangeably, it is necessary to gradually show interest in differentiating between these two concepts to allow independent studies in each of them. These two fields should be provided. Naturally, any effort of this kind must also refer to common backgrounds and aligned conclusions and follow the design of a new path based on the initial destinies. The present book tries to open a new horizon in humanities in the field of the Persian language and the university system in Iran and at the same time contribute to this field with cultural thoughts.
