There were not enough cemeteries to bury the large number of corpses that flowed to the churches every day and almost every hour... Therefore, when all the graves were filled, very deep pits were dug in the courtyards of the churches, and hundreds of corpses just arrived. and they poured a little dirt on each layer of corpses until the pit was full. No more bells tolled for the dead. No one shed a tear, they didn't care what they lost because almost everyone was waiting to die... people said... the world is coming to an end.
