The book "Black Lizard" is a detective story by the Japanese author "Edogawa Ranpo". The story of "Edogawa Ranpo" takes place at a party on Christmas Eve. The night that connects Junchan with Midorikawa. On Christmas Eve, Junchan commits a murder and to escape from the police, he seeks refuge with Midorikawa, nicknamed the White Lizard, and asks for his help. Following Junchan's escape from the previous situation, he enters into another criminal plan and is asked to participate in the kidnapping plan drawn by the "Black Lizard". "Black Lizard" has a different hobby. He is monitoring a famous detective named Akchi and he enjoys challenging her abilities. For this reason, he designs a plan to steal a famous jeweler's daughter named Asaka and uses Junchan for this plan. In this work, "Edogawa Ranpo", like his other works, realized his interest in crime stories and the complexity of his stories.
