In this book, the developmental stages of pottery are discussed and examined, and on this basis, pottery and pottery making in the central plateau of Iran from the beginning of the Neolithic to the contemporary era have been compiled in eight chapters. In the first chapter, the emergence of the first primitive pottery, its study and development in small rural communities are followed. The second chapter is dedicated to the pottery of the beginning of the urbanization period and the emergence and emergence of calligraphy. The third chapter is dedicated to the phenomenon of gray-black pottery, which replaced the engraved pottery. In the fourth chapter, attention is paid to the second period and stage of urbanization in Iran, the construction of the fortress and the kahandezh, as the central core of the city. Chapter 5 is devoted to the architecture of tombs in the Gray-Black and Inscribed Pottery culture of the Iron I and II periods. Chapter 6 examines and introduces pottery and tiles in the Middle and Early Elamite periods. Chapter 7 is devoted to the historical periods of Iran, which include the Achaemenid, Seleucid, Parthian, and Sasanian periods. Chapter 8 is devoted to the chronology and classification of pottery in the Islamic period.
