In choosing the article for translation or determining the topic for writing, I have paid full attention to the issues and problems of the motherland, and my intention in the first place was to provide a guide for students and lecturers in the fields of economics, management, social sciences, and experts, researchers, middle managers of politics. Founders and even top managers of the country, especially those whose main concern is the all-around and sustainable economic-social-cultural development of this land.
