Āshpazī (Farhang-i Pīshah'hā): Persian 1403

The introduction of new technologies in many professions is an invasion of many words that have been created over time and are now at risk of destruction and oblivion. The sensitivity of relevant institutions mainly includes tools, materials, and goods produced by craftsmen, and less attention has been paid to various aspects of the oral culture of the profession. Therefore, recognizing and recording the culture of various professions is of great importance in preserving the richness of the Persian language heritage and also keeping the dynamism of the Persian language and its words and combinations. Comparing the words recorded in this book with all the related words in the current standard Persian language dictionaries shows what an essential part of the Persian language heritage has remained unwritten.
