Years ago, with the end of the schools and the end of the summer season, the games started automatically, and if one of the Qeshm neighborhoods played Dartopa, all the neighborhoods had the same game on their agenda, even sometimes the children of one neighborhood would gather and go to another neighborhood and play together. They were competing. We hope that by compiling this book, we will revive the games that were kept alive by generations before us and are now forgotten.

سال‌ها پیش، با پایان یافتن مدارس و فراسیدن فصل تابستان، خودبه‌خود بازی‌ها آغاز می‌شد و اگر یکی از محله‌های قشم دارتوپا بازی می‌کردند همه‌ی محله‌ها همان بازی در دستور کارشان بود، حتی در مواقعی بچه‌های یک محله جمع می‌شدند و به محله‌ای دیگر می‌رفتند و با هم مسابقه می‌دادند. امیدواریم با گردآوری این کتاب، بازی‌هایی که نسل‌های قبل از ما زنده نگه داشته و اکنون از یاد رفته‌اند را دوباره زنده کنیم.
