There are three rules that Brooke Sullivan must abide by as a new nurse at a maximum security men's prison: 1) Treat all inmates with respect. 2) Never disclose personal information. 3) Never become too friendly with prisoners. But none of the prison staff know that Brooke has broken the rules before. No one knows about his intimate relationship with Shane Nelson, one of the most notorious and dangerous inmates of the penitentiary.
