Munīsm yā pulurālīsm: Persian 1400

Six articles and discussions in this series are related to the review of the new book Afsun (Forty-piece Identity and Mobile Thinking) by Dariush Shaygan. This collection has a relatively uniform and homogeneous texture. All articles and conversations with Dr. Shaygan revolve around monism and pluralism. In the first article titled "Rainbow of Gilding the West in the Dialogue of Broken Mirrors", Mohammad Mehdi Mujahedi tries to highlight the pluralistic streaks of Dr. Shaygan's book. According to him, the most important value of this book is that it can overcome monistic approaches. According to the author of the article, the experienced patterns of Iranian thought about tradition and modernity are generally the same. That is, all of them have sought unity either by negating one of the two aspects of modernity and tradition. Masoud Pedram tries to highlight the essence of modernity in Shaygan's design in the second article (searching for meaning in the rethinking of modernity) and to show that modernity is a root of A, it has a fundamental and central role.
