Man has experienced many epidemics throughout history; Certain diseases spread among large groups for a limited period of time, but relatively few epidemics have reached a pandemic. One of the most terrible pandemics is the Black Plague, which crushed the Muslim and Christian worlds for three centuries. This epidemic claimed victims in Europe for centuries, and in the late 17th century, it went from Europe to North Africa and the Near East, and settled in those lands until the 19th century, sending millions of people to death. History has repeated itself and as if a new era of plague and the like is on the way... but history has shown that hard-working humans have overcome the great dangers caused by nature and their dark instincts; So "it is a human thing" to reflect on the past disasters, at the same time as we think about our precarious situation and unknown future.
