Discuss on diglossia in many courses is related to programming language and fulfilling the care policies of language and also its transferring policies. The aspect of most of articles in this book is that language is a national wealth. Depending to this aspect, variety in language is not only a negative factor (e.g. in keeping national unity), but also is an important factor for releasing from petrifaction and warranty for flexibility. Mutual respect to tribal values and mutual advantage of historical and cultural achievements could also keep the unity and also be the facility factor for comparison and national and cultural evolution.

بحث دو زبانگي در رشته هاي فراواني با بحث برنامه ريزي زبان و اجراي سياست هاي حفظ و نگهداري زبان و همچنين سياست هاي جا به جايي آن مرتبط است. ديدگاه غالب در مقاله هاي اين مجموعه تلقي زبان ها و گويش ها به صورت ثروت ملي است. بر اساس اين تلقي، تنوع زباني نه تنها عاملي منفي (مثلا" در حفظ وحدت ملي) نيست، بلكه مانند تنوع زيستي يك شرط مهم رهايي از تحجر، و تضمين انعطاف پذيري است. احترام متقابل به ارزش هاي گروهي و قومي و استفاده ي متقابل از دستاوردهاي تاريخي و فرهنگي مي تواند هم عامل حفظ وحدت و هم عامل تسهيل تطابق و تكامل ملي و فرهنگي باشد.
