Cultural, political and psychic aspects of technological help to the traditional rural societies and their technological expansion, are studied in the present book particularly in the societies that are provided with expansive programs of institutions like specialized organizations of the U.N., mutual helps of the U.S. state and private institutions. The author has also tried to propound a series of technological changes with previous intention and plan, in the field of fundamental process of cultural changes which happen anyhow and anywhere in the world. The author's comment which is the reflection of scientific support, is less anthropological and mainly sociological, and he has talked about non-technological factors which are obstacles or motives of changes in various societies.
