Nasājji-yi Sunatī-yi Īrān: Persiska (Farsi) 1403

Considering the continuous research and studies that he has conducted during his long years of service in the Iranian Handicrafts Organization and teaching in handicrafts and textile printing design, the author has tried to present this book for the use of those interested. The book consists of one chapter and an introduction, 9 chapters, 3 appendices (information about yarn, spinning, and wool), and a bibliography at the end of the book. The 9 chapters of the text have been compiled with the following titles. "A review of the history of traditional Iranian textiles and the evolution and development of weaving machines", "Fiber science", "A brief introduction to weaving and spinning", "A study of the characteristics of Iranian handmade fabrics from the past to the present and their evolution", "Introduction to the most important Iranian handmade fabrics". This book was compiled by the Research Institute of Islamic Culture and Art and published in a shamisen cover.
