Mājirā-yi Gham'angīz-i Rawshan'fikrī dar Īrān: Persiska (Farsi) 1402

Although the intellectual movement emerged in the West and had clear foundations and goals for itself, it had and has different forms and examples in different societies and different eras. The best manifestation of the intellectual movement in Iran was in the realm of fighting against tyranny, colonialism, and exploitation. Undoubtedly, this phenomenon should not be ignored and it is necessary to give it proper attention. As the intellectual stream itself is based on criticism and research, the limits of the forms of this stream should be carefully reviewed to avoid deviations and misplaced remarks. As it admits, the West owes its intellectual and scientific revival to the scientists of the Islamic world to a large extent. Therefore, in the field of enlightened thinking, it is against reason and justice to equate Christianity and Islam and see the spirituality of these two religions as the same. In this work, firstly, the development process, foundations, goals, and results of the Western intellectual movement are discussed and analyzed, then the domestic intellectual movement is critically analyzed.
