"Melmedas" is a collection of twelve short stories that deal with four chapters of human life. Five stories from this collection, with different themes and payments, refer to childhood; A story is a mirror of a fleeting youth, and four stories of the youth period. The eleventh story goes back to middle age and the last story goes back to old age and waiting for death.

«ملمداس» مجموعهٔ دوازده داستان‌ کوتاه است که به‌ترتیب به چهارفصل از دوره‌های زندگی انسان می‌پردازد. پنج داستان از این مجموعه، با درونمایه‌ها و پرداخت‌های متفاوت، به دورهٔ کودکی اشاره دارد؛ یک داستان آینهٔ نوجوانی زودگذر است و چهار داستان دورهٔ جوانی را پیش چشم می‌گذارد. داستان یازدهم به دورهٔ میانسالی و داستان انتهایی به دورهٔ کهنسالی و انتظار برای مرگ برمی‌گردد.
