The issue of the organization of officers of the mass party of Iran is one of the most controversial topics in the contemporary history of Iran in the last half-century. In this discussion, not only the actual existence of the mentioned organization, i.e. its behavior and functions during historical milestones such as the Azerbaijan crisis and the various stages of the oil nationalization movement, has an important place, and its potential and unused power is also the subject of arbitration in these developments. There have been various Organizations of Iran's Communist Party Officers in an attempt to propose and introduce some aspects of this debate.

موضوع سازمان افسران حزب تودۀ ایران یکی از بحث انگیزترین مباحث تاریخ معاصر ایران در نیم قرن اخیر است. در این بحث، نه فقط موجودیت بالفعل سازمان مزبور، یعنی رفتار و عملکردهایش در خلال نقاط عطف تاریخی ای چون بحران آذربایجان و مراحل مختلف نهضت ملّی شدن نفت جایگاه مهمی دارد، که توان بالقوۀ و به کار گرفته نشدۀ آن نیز در این تحوّلات موضوع داوری های مختلفی بوده است. سازمان افسران حزب تودۀ ایران تلاشی است در طرح و معرفی جوانبی از این بحث.
