In this book, I have explained the basics of goals and methods used in some decision-making and institution-building actions, along with the challenges that come with them, in a narrative manner and with the aim of enlightenment, the executive directors of Aftab Mozroz publishing house and researchers and historians. be useful I have written it, especially with this point of view so that it will be available to management and economics students and can be used as practical teaching. In this narrative, I have not only expressed the events and difficulties, failures and successes caused by personal responsibilities but also some important events and basic decisions with a national and national scope, with the aim of clarifying and enlightening, of course, keeping I have stated the technical and scientific bases and brought the facts from my point of view without conservative or biased considerations. So that dear readers can get to know some of the causes and factors that have influenced and will influence the economic situation of the country from the point of view of management and science, without common veils. I must add that I have not included in the book the secret and confidential information that I necessarily had access to according to my responsibilities, and some manuscripts, decrees, administrative papers, and photos that help to better express the contents and verify the authenticity of my writings. they do.
