A child meets a friend (shadow of the child) on a sunny day. He does not like his shape or his walk. But he is very happy with this friend who accompanies him daily and plays with him. On a cloudy day of winter, this friend disappears and the child is sad, until the spring breaks and his joy returns to meet his friend again.

طفل يلتقي بصديق (ظل الطفل) في يوم مشمس. لا يعجبه شكله ولا مشيته. لكنه يفرح كثيرًا بهذا الصديق الذي يرافقه يوميًّا ويلعب معه. في يوم غائم من فصل الشتاء يختفي هذا الصديق فيحزن الطفل، إلى أن يحل فصل الربيع وتعود فرحته بلقاء صديقه من جديد.
