Pang moves to become the new librarian at the medical faculty library in a provincial university. Soon, she discovers that the building where she works has an elevator where a student once died, leading everyone to call it the "haunted elevator." Pang tries to question everyone about it, but they remain silent. She decides to investigate on her own, only to find that those she trusts are the prime suspects. She must press on with her investigation, because if she backs down, the ghost of the deceased student will spare her.
