During the years of working with teenagers and young people, we were well aware of their great interest in reading exciting and sometimes scientific books, so we decided to write this book by combining fictional, scientific elements and the daily challenges of teenagers. In this book, an attempt was made to portray the important role of the limbic system of the brain, especially the amygdala, in emotional behaviors, so it seems that it will be a valuable book for better management of thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

طی سال ها کار با نوجوانان و جوانان به خوبی از علاقه وافر آن ها به مطالعه کتاب های پرهیجان و گاه علمی آگاه بودیم لذا بر آن شدیم که با ترکیب عناصر داستانی، علمی و چالش های روزمره نوجوانان اقدام به نگارش کتاب حاضر نماییم. در این کتاب سعی گردید که نقش مهم دستگاه لیمبیک مغز به ویژه آمیگدال در رفتارهای هیجانی به تصویر کشیده شود لذا بنظر می رسد کتاب ارزشمندی برای مدیریت بهتر افکار، هیجانات و رفتار خواهد بود.
