Farz̤'hā-yi ḥuqūqī: Persiska (Farsi) 1395

"Assuming" in the word means to think and imagine. The meaning of Farz in this treatise is the equivalent of the word Fiction in Persian. This book has three chapters. In the first chapter, the concepts, historical developments, and roles of legal presumption are studied with an emphasis on the historical study of Roman, Greek, British, and Iranian laws before Islam, and the elements and roles of legal presumption and the views of thinkers about this concept are discussed in various speeches. In the second chapter with the title "Legal presumption, similar concepts, suspicious examples", an attempt is made to determine the relationship and ratio of the concept of legal presumption with some concepts such as authority, practical principle, and government, and in addition, the relationship and ratio of legal presumption with some institutions and establishments. Laws such as the validity of the adjudicated matter, hypothetical absent death, loss of effect, lottery, the passage of time, etc. should also be examined. The third chapter entitled "Legal Presumption in the Legal System" is dedicated to the study of some examples of legal presumption in the current law and the analysis of Iranian jurists' views on this matter.
