The position of the Armenians between the two plateaus of Iran and Asia Minor has never been a safe and secure place due to the conflict between the empires of this region and the occasional overflow of desert tribes from north to south and in one case from south to north. The long-term reaction of the Armenian nation to these developments in a historical period from the Parthian and Sassanid periods and the Islamic caliphate to recent centuries is the main topic of this study, after the first two chapters in explaining the theoretical framework of the discussion with an overview of the historical background of Armenians and statesmen. They started from the centuries before Christ until the Russian conquest of the Caucasus.
