Although the evidence suggests that Iran's society will be old in the coming decades, currently, which still has a young age structure, and there are no specific policies and plans to use this social characteristic. The statistics of migration, the level of hope for the future, gaining the trust and participation of the youth in the affairs of the country, and some skepticism and restrictions towards them, which originate from the conflicts of attitudes and generations, have made the role and presence of the youth dumb and challenging. If the youth of society is an opportunity - and not an abundance - we must overcome the differences and gaps and adopt policies that are consistent with the productivity of that opportunity.

اگرچه شواهد حکایت دارند گه جامعه ایران در دهه های آتی پیر خواهد بود، در حال حاضر که همچنان از ساختار سنی جوانی برخودار است، سیاست ها و برنامه های مشخصی برای استفاده از این ویژگی اجتماعی به چشم نمی خورد. آمار مهاجرت، میزان امید به آینده، جلب اعتماد و مشارکت جوانان در امور کشور و پاره ای بدبینی ها و محدودیت ها درقبال آن ها که از تضادهای نگرشی و نسلی نشئت می گیرد، نقش و حضور جوانان را گنگ و پرچالش کرده است. اگر جوانی جامعه فرصت است- ونه تعدید- می بایست بر تناقص ها و شکاف ها فائق بیاییم و سیاست هایی منطبق با بهره وری از آن فرصت در پیش بگیریم.
