In the "International film encyclopedia" (vol 4), the framework is the same as the framework of previous volumes with 2 slight differences: 1-In volumes 1 to 3 only the name of the stage designers of important films were recorded, but here the name of the stage designers of all films are recorded. 2-The summary of the film stories are more detailed in this volume. The other cases and the whole framework of the book are the same as 3 previous volumes.

در جلد چهارم "فرهنگ جهاني فيلم" ، چارچوب كار، همان چارچوب جلدهاي قبلي است با دو تفاوت كوچك: 1- در جلدهاي اول تا سوم، نام طراح صحنه فقط براي فيلم هاي مهم ثبت مي شد، اما اين بار در مشخصات همه ي فيلم ها -به شرط داشتن- ثبت شده است. 2-خلاصه ي داستان فيلم ها، جلد به جلد مفصل تر شده است. بقيه ي موارد و قالب كلي كتاب، طبق روال 3 جلد قبلي است.
