The writer's main aim to wrote this book is to mention the geographical names of Iran, Indo-Iranian and also the unmeaning names in the world that their details are describe in chapter five. The first chapter is a summary of theories about universe, time and earth and creatures, especially man and his various steps of developing. The second chapter is about the differences between language and systemizing. Man and language and man's primary language and the gradual appearance of primitive language are described in this chapter. These subjects are discussed in the third chapter: the relation between expression and meaning, language in the future four thousand years and language in other regions of the world. Subject in the fourth chapter is about language and linguistic. Some subjects in the fifth chapter are about: Universe system on the system of naming, hierarchy in universe system and phonemic transformation and alternations in universe system. In the sixth chapter two different areas in language and universe system and some examples about universal being of universe system are describe. This book avoids to use ordinary or meaning names in one language and just mentioned to the
